Dear Mates,
I placed four orders, 3 are traceable my one order which is shipped via yunexpress on 16.11.2016 with tracking No. YT1631990005342220 and while tracking through yunexpress.com and 17track.com it says not found...the shipper not responding to any of the messages... what should be the possible reason?

Moreover, I paid via my mastercard and the bank has charged (Rs. 34, 40, 40 and 10) on all my transactions should i contest this or all the banks charge this? due to these charges the exchange rate becomes 110 despite of 106.

Ordinary ki tracking nai hoti, usually under 30 days ajathey hain max 60 days wait karen and then dispute open karden

I bought Ultrasonic USB humidifier from Aliexpress which is defective and leak water from bottom, Upon complaint to seller he tell me reorder the same product, he will adjust the price to 0.01$, then he will resend good one to me.

Any body tell me that transaction take place on actual price, how can seller adjust to it 0.01$ for me, whether it return extra amount later or bank charge only 0.01$. I mean how it is possible that payment made to aliexpress not directly seller how it is possible for seller that he charge only 0.01$ for particular product only for one buyer.

Should I go for that or open dispute.???

Brother price can be changed by the seller. Its procedure is that you buy the item but don't pay and communicate with seller and tell him to reduce the price and accordingly he will reduce as per ur mutual understandings.

I suggest do not do it. Open dispute and in dispute ask for full refund.....

Issue has been settle down......I myself fix the water leaking problem by close the LED wire opening with magic depoxi......I cancel the order which price has been modify by seller to 0.01$ and tell the seller that I my self fix the problem give them 3 Star only for his service.
