I totally agree with your story and can understand what they are doing.
It is a biggest platform in Pakistan to buy online shopping.
I purchased 2 mobiles with (one year warranty) for the first time from them 2 years back.
After some days one of my mobile started maulfunctioning and called them to claim warranty but they refuse to do it as the required parts for this Mobile is not available yet. They said we'll call you if it is available and I could not get any call from them even after several emails.
The second blunder happened some months ago and bought one S7 edge screen protector (Tempered Glass) but when we recieved it was just a garbage sticker which spread the bubbles while putting on mobile screen.
Every one must use cash on delivery service while order online.
Daraz.pk is a garbage in terms of after sales services.
