So far i have v good shopping experience with Daraz. I always buy deals on credit card for more discounts, and never disappointed. I have bought Mobiles, LED, Washing Machine, car jack, food factory, rat traps and etc etc. My address is at a planned locality so that could be a case of ease. I even got an mobile in 7 Hours. And for only return product i simply returned that product free at nearest TCS and after 3 days got refund in HBL with an extra voucher of Rs 1000 as gift.

It's his mistake that he sent you wrong item and did not check it while shipping. What's the price of this cartridge?

He shipped me another cartridge.... It's price is 9.3$
I really feel sorry asking for another item when the seller has already sent one but I think it's my right to get 100% perfect thing isn't it? But I feel sorry that they let go the previous item as well... I asked them what should I do with previous cartridge they said that I can keep it!!! What u people say in this case that only yellow color is printing with greenish tint rest the cartridge was good for general purpose use
I didn't asked him initially to send replacement item I just told them the problem they first told me to carry out some recovery steps but they failed then they themselves offered to return my 9.3$ but I suggested them that it's better that I get proper working cartridge so then they shipped it without arguing

if you're comfortable with the cartridge and you can use it, then i guess you should pay partially for the product. however, the product that you have paid in full must be as per your requirements/order and the seller must deliver it to you.

ok so i have purchased many items from AE which always get delivered to my address without a hassle. however, there was one item, (samsung note 8 back cover) which i ordered on 11.11 which got "shipment cancelled" on 24-11. i already had waited alot so i asked the seller to refund. i opened the dispute and won and 3$ were returned to be with a "ARN number". now the amount hasnt yet been transferred to my credit card. AE said it might take 3-20 days for amount to be transferred. as of today, 17-18 days have lapsed. should i contact my bank with the ARN number? who should i give the ARN number? helpline or some other department? i used askari bank credit card. i read somewhere @S15 had some issue and he got refund after ARN number so please guide

I have Askari Credit card and once got a refund from Netflix.com of an amount of 1200. I got it within 5 working days from them. I checked my Credit Card statement on Internet Banking but it didn’t had any description for any refund. I manually calculated my expenses and remaining credit limit and came to know that they refunded within 5 days. My monthly statement showed the refunded amount.

My boss in office claimed a refund from AE and got the same ARN number but he claims he never received a refund. Nor did his statement showed anything refunded.

Is There anyone who can help me? I ordered Mobile Phone From China on 8th Of Nov, it was detained by Customs on 22th Of Nov. Exactly after 7 days i received Detention Memo & I was told that i need to Get NOC from PTA so,

I applied Online for NOC on 29th of Nov. & NOC was successfully issued & i was told that i should receive NOC on the given address within 7 days incase if i do not receive the NOC within 7 days i should contact PTA at typeapproval@pta.gov.pk
But now it's been 19 days no NOC received I Emailed them multiple times but they only replied me back with these copy/paste messages as shown in attached pic.I also tried to call on the given number but no one answered.
So what can i do in this case?

I think they will reject my Application because NOC is already issued for the same Device.
