MCB lite managed to reverse the funds after a month. Didn't file any dispute. They got the slowest system in the world. Even 1 dollar each that was deducted several times for verification at multiple hosting sites also got reversed after a month or so. That money is immediately reversed by merchant/seller/service provider after verification but MCB is too slow to catch up with that. MCB or other banks when do final audit of transactions find such missing money and settle that. So you just have to be patient.
Overall MCB Lite is a very useful service. Only the employees at MCB are idiots who do not care about such innovations. They want to stick with traditional banking system. And you are right even most employees of MCB never heard about this Lite service.
Currently it is working fine for me. I only have to go through hassle when the current card will expire and I will have to order a new one. But I am sure they will eventually send that if I order that some 2 months before the expiry. I top up balance in MCB lite from my MCB bank account using MCB Mobile app. Never need to go to the bank for this purpose.
Mian "Munshi" should look at what his employees are doing and may be fire some to improve his banking standard. I always say if you have to eat Sood then do it properly.
