How long does it take for a refund to complete? My order was closed right after I bought it because of the coupon code I used. Now it's been 5 days and the refund information is still showing "waiting for refund". Had a very poor experience with site.

if you pay by credit card , the refund will take 10-15 days to come in your account. If you pay by Ali Pocket, the refund will come immediately in 10 minutes after seller accepts dispute.

Guys help me in this situation.I ordered a led headlight bulb and received within 8 days. After installation of two days they got burned and smell of burning is there so i opened dispute for refund and dispute result in returning the goods and got refund in 9 days otherwise payment will be released to seller from aliexpress platform. Now how can i send the parcel back?

Why did you agree on returning the product? You should have demanded another product or money
You are screwed. Returning it via DHL will probably cost more than product price.The cheapest and quicket option I can think of is EMS. You can check their rates on Pakistan Post website. They take 8 to 12 days to deliver.
