I am also using MCB lite for 2 years now. Thankfully did not face any problem till now. Once there was a dispute where money was deducted and there was issue in transaction. They asked me to fill a form, however after a harsh email, they refunded it within 8 days on my email.

Usually filling forms is not required anymore since MCB has improved their MCB Lite system a lot and now failed transactions, refunds, held-money automatically gets reversed within 1 month time period. That's my current experience.

Guys help me in this situation.I ordered a led headlight bulb and received within 8 days. After installation of two days they got burned and smell of burning is there so i opened dispute for refund and dispute result in returning the goods and got refund in 9 days otherwise payment will be released to seller from aliexpress platform. Now how can i send the parcel back?

you cant, DHL will charge more than the item price, secondly the bulb may stuck in china customs. so better to request for half money if the seller agrees go for it.

I have talk with a postman of my area. He is good guy. I told him complete matter. He advised me to return it through Pak post. He says If custom held in china its their matter not yours. He give example that if u buy something and it come to pakistan and held by custom then it belongs to buyer and thats not a seller issue. Same as if u return to seller

and held by custom it will be issue of seller. So i have return it through Pak post. Now lets see what happens

Pakistan Post charge me 470/- for box in which led lights came.

According to post man it will take 10-12 days to reach in china at destination. Two days will took item to reach its destination in China.

Regarding MCB Lite card, emailing at info@mcb.com.pk and mcblite@mcb.com.pk is the best way to resolve any issues, since branch and customer support staff does not want to deal Lite at all.

My lite card is now linked to my bank account and now i can transfer funds back and forth between Bank and lite card via MCB Lite app.

Excess unused funds in lite card are sent back to bank by me as a measure of safety. Never seen such an awesome feature in other cards.

I doubt normal post will give you tracking number which is required as per AE. Plus it may not reach there in 9 days. Anyway good luck.

tax around 4500rupees...
on arrival of consignmnt u will receive detention memo from customs authority.... apply for NOC from PTA....its a simple procedure. once NOC received pay ur tax and get ur cell fone.
