Depends. For instance I bought 70mai A800 dashcam worth 18,500 rupees. No custom duty was levied on it. A friend in Lahore got same from AE and was not charged any CD.

@autophile bro do you know any way to complain for missing packages that actually works. Pakistan post ki websites pe all emails are either bogus or have full inobxes, email doesnt get sent

Mr Ijaz Ahmad Mian responded to my email, but again it was not so useful. He said the tracking number is not showing up in PakPost system.

Since it is a worth 300 rs or so item, I have ordered another one at my office address in Islamabad and cursing myself to order on Pindi address.

Seller requested me to take refund request back and he will send me a replacement which has also not arrived.

I order 20-30 small items each time and at least 10 don't arrive and money isn't the issue, the issue is i cant these items locally so AliExpress is the only solution.

I tried this email last week and email failed.

Pakistan post website is not even showing registered parcels now. I have 2 packages arrived in Pakistan
20th and 30th April and not delivered to me.
Aik unregistered package which shows departed last week from country of origin woh already deliver bhi ho chuka hai.

Covid se pehlay 100 mein se 2-3 missing items hotay thay, since covid started 15 already refunds le chuka hu.

I suggest we should now report the matter to PM complaints portal. If 10, 20 complaints are lodged that Post Office is gulping Aliexpress parcels, it might pull their socks.

Also spread the word via social media tagging PM and communications minister, NAB etc.

This exactly happened to us.

Last November my family ordered 8 packages. Only 4 arrived. Again the articles aren't really costly (around Rs. 3000) but those kids' stuff isn't available locally. When complained to aliexpress.com, no response was found.

One of my colleagues recently showed me one such link of auction of 'unclaimed' items. He proudly told me that he and his wife have been participating in these live auctions and the products were really cheap and good. I requested him to refrain from this to discourage such rascals. Though, he didn't look really convinced by that.
