How long does refund from aliexoress takes? I have the arn number issued from like june 18 the refund is completed as per aliexpress but i have not received refund yet. I made payment using scb debit card

Refund takes 20 working days.
Check your debit card's credit amounts. It will be like this:

CREDIT 00054************ ALIEXPRESS COM 3rd fl Davidson Bldg......

If not received just email the account number and ARN number to ur bank customer care email address

I ordered a low fuel light thermistor for civic 2000. It came pretty quickly. I ordered it on 8 July using standard ali express shipping. And It arrived on 24 July.

Shipping these days is getting pretty fast, I ordered a watch from aliexpress and it came in quick

Maybe it depends on refund amount ? I once had a very small Item just 1 Dollar and raised dispute. Dispute was resolved in 10 hours and refund was done in just couple of days.

Guyz don't buy Netflix or other streaming services accounts for more than a month. I bought a six month package and the vendor ran away after one month. AliExpress has also refused to refund my money.

This is the only refund request which has not come through. So beware of fraudsters on Ali Express now.

Why would you buy Netflix on aliexpress??

Isn't it bought from Netflix?

It's a shared account and cheaper than the regular Netflix. If you buy for just one month it is ok. I also bought three months one and it remained active for three months. I became confident and next time bought six month subscription for 15 dollars and got conned. My fault, I got tempted.

PS: You can also buy from daraz, but never buy more than a month package.

Tracking shows “held at customs” origin site, and on ep.post.gov shows “send item to customs in destination country”

Will they apply customs and deliver or do i have to go to GPO for release myself!? Item is two watches worth 155$

I had i think only once such experience and as I remember the postman brought the parcel along with Payment Challan for customs which i paid and got the parcel but i exactly don’t remember what it was whether it was custom charges or some repacking charges!!!
But don’t give rishwat at any stage that is my sincere advice

Certainly no rishwat, as per my experience with government institutions i am willing to decline any requests of that sort.

Can you share the amount you paid, and was it directly handed over to postman or to be paid at the bank. TIA

One month ago literally the same item was delivered without any tax so this time i ordered two of the same item, big mistake!

I placed an order in April, I didn't get the order within mentioned deadline. Opened dispute and refund was approved. After 4 months today I received the package.
I am thinking to contact seller about paying the amount back but I have two questions, the same item is listed $8 above the price I paid earlier. How will I be able to return exact amount? Another thing is that will it affect any of my disputes in future?

Anyone who has similar experience in the past?

Its very easy to pay and u SHOULD pay
Just tell the seller he will send u some artificial link (of ALIEXPRESS not of some other website) of $1 or 0.1$
Add them once its equivalent to that amount just do the transaction

The store owner will create a fake product on his store for the said amount. He will ask you to buy it. Nice of you to do this.
