My last experience was a little odd....
The seller has dispatched on time but customs held it for over a month... He extended purchase protection and I lost record of when the new protection will expire...
It expired, and I was yet to receive the item. I contacted him to refund, he apologized and said there's nothing we can do... I contacted ali express complaint service and they said the same
Both advised to wait a bit more... I was furious that I might've been scammed. I gave bad review but package came to me the very next day.
I informed him and he still offered me to refund as it took 60+ days to reach.... Talked to father, he said " just appreciate him for his offer, do not change your review given and decline his refund offer "
