Online purchase through AliExpress Dedicated Thread

Now after 86 orders, my parcels are being disappeared. I receive registered parcels but parcels dispatched via seller shiping method are mising. May be postman or someone in post ofc is playing dirty game.

Recently parcels are not arriving on time or getting lost. I have seen complaints from many cities like this. Definitely a pak post issue, but i tend to get purchase protection extension or refunds, because if we dont get parcel delivered, we are bound to get full refund eventually

If the vendor accepts credit card you should be able to pay then using your credit card. But I would think twice before ordering from Ali express, many people have complaints with their vendors, plus the refund takes more then a month or even more then that. I have seen in many cases vendors even don't reply back.

I am planning to order some stuff from Symbios.pk. Has member here recently purchased from them (this year). Do they ask for any cash handling charges at the time of delivery for COD orders? How was the experience?

If u open a dispute and seller doesn't responds on that dispute in a specific time period, dispute will be automatically closed and you'll get your desired results

I ordered 8 items in one go, all the china post parcels arrived from 15-35 days. All others are either missing or pending. One is showing held by customs, 1 shows in transit, Was given to PIA from Beijing, Has arrived in Karachi but its still in transit for atleast 30 days now.

So i guess a trick to order by alibaba is to select sellers only delivering by China post. or some known courier. Altho some sellers show China mail and change it in the end.

I also have made about 32 orders from aliexpress, only about 5-10 have been lost along the way and not received... some of them arrive quite fast.

That's a nice thinking in terms of the shipping method, i receive the items which are sent through Singapore post quite fast. China Post Items are always received, so I think that you may be right that the other shipping methods may not be that good.
