Yes I tried it yesterday and I wasn't charged more than the yeaterdays dollar rate .. i wll update you again when I will do next transaction in a day or two but thats confirm there is no annual or
session activation charges .. letme re confirm this dollar exchange rate for HBL on transaction ..

chines sellers on aliexpress are like pathans , dont forget to do negotiations on price i saved 35$ via negotiations on item costed 150$ , a friend of mine saved 10 on 60$ item
