Positive side is they accept payment in PakRupees. via every mode of digital payment available in Pakistan. There are no hidden charges, they deliver at your door step.
It is highly recommended to do your online shopping ONLY USING A PC and "NEVER SAVE" payment information.

The temptation and the spike for offered items based on your search pattern I consider that as entrapment if not logged out.
you may create an account using existing email address but with unique password for online shopping over web.
