below u will see what i just went through and contacted daewoo bus service
i booked 2 tickets online today for a trip from karachi to moro with departure time of bus 10am from karachi on 7-may-2016 , seat # 3 and 4.
tickets were booked perfect i proceeded and made payment via my standard chartered debit card, but on last page of your site where system generates ticket some server error message came and ticket was not generated.and it automatically went to main page.
mean while my card was debited with 2000 rs and i received sms and email confirmation from bank but seats were not paid for on ur system
i called ur uan # they said (after few calls) to go to Karachi terminal , so i instantly went there and then was sent to terminal manager , who gave me this email address to send details and have it sorted out.
i told him this is CRAZY i need those 2 seats as i have paid, if i get in this correspondence those 2 seats will be taken by some one else, he advised me to pay CASH and get these seats and told me this 2000 rs that by card was charged will be refunded.
i asked him again to make sure i get a refund and does not get any kind of adjustments as i have by now paid 2000 via my bank and 2000 cash to buy those tickets
attach u will find my bank email,message of amount debited + tickets i bought from terminal counter while paying cash.
ultimately web purchased supposed to be a convenience not a HASSLE but this time it turns out to be an head ache
looking forward for your earliest reply and earliest refund
posting this issue on pakwheeels forum too so others know it and see how fast it gets sorted out
from a reputable company like daewoo 
from the comfort of your home socha tha.... GARMI main khajal hona hi para hahahah
