I am just curious about these two documents,
(1) How much is the importance of delivery letter?
(2) Is it ok if we dont have this document in record? as many of us would have not been having this document.
(3) Open transfer letter is kept un named but what about the stamp paper issuer stamp at back side of the paper? should this stamp be put on back side of the paper?
If stamp would have been put on back side of the transfer letter then there would have been written the names of buyer seller and this document would have been registered on the date of issuence.
These days according to the rules car should not been kept on tranfer letter after 15 days or so.
(4) If the stamp on back side of the tranfer letter been put by the issuer then he must have written the name of buyer and seller,it means this type of letter is not open tranfer letter though on front side,seller does not put the buyer's name.
(5) what is the value of tranfer letter without back side stamp.(keeping in mind this is our beloved pakistan,any thing here does not have actual meanings).
