Opening ALTO Speedometer Cluster

Dear All;

I want to open the speedometer cluster of my Suzuki ALTO for installing digital speedometer (DIY) there.
Please guide me how to open the speedo cluster safely and without any scratches or damage to housing/dashboard.

Unscrew the four screws marked in Red

Then pull out cup holder and remove two screws under it marked in yellow to remove the front cover

Pull out the whole front black panel of dash board and speedometer will be exposed

Unscrew the four screws marked in pink and carefully n slowly pull the speedometer and remove two grips on the back and remove the speedometer.

Try to pull the black part with hands if u r unable to than try screw driver flat one and cover its end with thick cloth and than try it
If it,s the first time u r removing it u might have to apply quite much force but b careful not too much

This helped me a lot, but I also need to change the lights of Panel (i.e. Switches of Fan etc.); I can't figure out how to open it as it has lots of levers on back to change the air flow etc.

I only need to change the lights (from green to crystal blue)
