My bad. I didn't mention executive MBA.

Indeed the project is aimed at giving suggestions to PTCL after due analysis. (Executive MBA has students from leading organizations with 6+ years of professional experience)

Everybody knows what the problem is .in Pakistan every company gives more connections then its infrastructure can cope to .

Some companies have lesser infrastructure, but still get more customers. If a company has more infrastructure, and its products are performing poorly in the market, then there are problems that companies need to analyze.

The problems can be with marketing, customer support, network issues and many other dimensions.

Customer survey is done to gauge customer's perception about the product. These insights can be used by companies to focus on specific problems to work on and sort out.
