There are other ways for better fuel economy, make sure the wheels are balanced, aligned, and have recommended tire pressure. For recommended tire pressure, it's mentioned under the driverside of the car door's hook and get a better quality compressor as I don't trust the ones from fuel stations anymore since their gauges are quite inaccurate.
Use OEM/genuine or at least good quality air filter.
As for the speed, it really doesn't matter but since it's a 1.3L car, 110~120km/h is the most efficient speed. Just try to drive at a constant speed as much as possible.
As for urban travel, try to take those routes with less stop and go's as possible. Yet, keep the speed constant.
Last but not least, do not use brake unless it's really necessary.
These are all my experience.
EDIT:
Oh, I forgot to mention these.
Use OEM/genuine or at least good quality oil filter as well and use the thinnest recommend oil which should be 0W-20 or 5W-20 or check the car's manual.
Weight is the biggest enemy of fuel economy which unfortunately the max efficiency has to be sacrificed.
