1.3 Manual honda city if going for non-hybrid sedans, in my opinion.I drove it for 6 years until last year and meter reading average never below 15 even in daily commute in pindi/isl traffic with 3 guys and ac.

You can easily get a civic hybrid ( reborn shape ) in 2 millions.Prius 2nd gen will cost you between 2-2.5 million and the cultus of 2018 will cost you under 2 million. Are you combining all of these to make way beyond 5 million ?
