I want to share my very disappointing experience with PakWheels Online Store.
I ordered 2 pieces of STEELMATE Portable Air Compressor With Digital Pressure Gauge T5 - 12V DC (Order #918196). I paid the full amount for both items. However, when the parcel arrived, there was only 1 piece inside.
Here’s what happened:
I was outside when the rider called.
I told him to deliver the parcel at home and I paid via JazzCash, because I don’t like to make riders come again and again.
Later, when I opened the parcel, I was shocked to see that only 1 piece had been packed.
This is a very careless mistake by the PakWheels packing team. Customers trust you with their money, and such negligence is unacceptable.
I have already sent a complaint email with proofs to both support@pakwheels.com
and shop@pakeventures.com
. Unfortunately, your website doesn’t allow attaching files, otherwise I would have uploaded everything there as well.
Now I demand one of the following:
Send me my missing piece immediately.
Or refund me Rs. 4000 without any delay.
If this issue is not resolved, I will take the matter to Consumer Court.
I expect PakWheels to take responsibility and resolve this ASAP.
