I ordered Alchemy Liquid Wax off of Pakwheels and it seems completely expired, attached is a video of the product in the condition I received it. I have tried to use the Pakwheels customer complaint form but it does not work.

Please tag the relevant person fellow members and help a dissapointed pakwheeler out.

I did, thank you. I confirmed the exchange but I just got a message from the courier asking me to keep 750 rupees ready to pay, which makes no sense. Can you look into it ?
