Orient water dispenser

I just bought a Orient water dispenser model OWD-531. It comes with a refrigerator cabinet but the refrigerator is no good at all. The water dispenser part however works perfectly. Can someone please guide me how the other brands like homage etc work. Would the refrigerator on the water dispenser on these other brands be any better. Thanks & jazakallah.

Are there controls for the refrigerator compartment? As usually they are just storage boxes only not a real refrigerator.

I couldn't find any controls for the refrigerator and the user manual is really lacking

So is the refrigerator cabinet good on your model? If yes, how would you compare it to your regular fridge in your house? Thanks for your input.

Obviously it cant be compared with a regular fridge but I mostly keep packs of juice and cans in it so they are as cold as a regular fridge would make them

Something tells me yours is just a regular storage box, not a fridge.

Mine is quite OK. No comparison with a fridge but cold it sure is.

If yours wasn't suppose to be a storage box, you might want to take it right back.

Thanks, I checked and only the roof of the compartment seems to be the cooling surface which is probably inadequate. The compartment is barely cool enough to be slightly better than a regular storage box.
