Back in 2018, I purchased a bike on installment through CSD under the name of an army personnel. After completing all the installments, it’s now time to transfer the bike ownership from his name to mine. Unfortunately, I have lost the original documents and have already filed an FIR for the lost documents.
I’m currently in Rawalpindi, while the army person is posted in another city. Is it possible to complete the transfer process without requiring him to travel to Rawalpindi? Can the process be handled remotely or through some alternative method?
