Original file damaged by termites

Assalam o Aalaikum! I hope all pak wheelers are fine. I have toyota passo 2010 model, bought in 2014 unregistered. I am the first owner, i got it registered in peshawar excise. I stored original file at a cupboard at home but unfortunately it got eaten half by termites. Now, i want to sell my car. What effect will infested file have on resale of my car. A genuine feedback is requested.

immediately visit the excise office with original termite damaged file. documents must be partially damaged from edges or holes in center of papers.

only excise office guys can resolve for such natural damage documents. They will guide you for correct process to obtain duplicate. Make sure you do not accept a suggestion of police report (which is only under case of completely missing file) they may ask you to submit an affidavit for file document damage under storage. You will be asked for submission of original damaged file to get a complete duplicate file (stamped as original)

resale ? the criminals try to scam you and play around offering you 20 - or 30% low price then of same model in market. do not fall trap take an stand for documentation do not budge to low offers.
