Oshan X7 to Fortuner Sigma 2018

Hello Car Enthusiasts!

I currently drive an Oshan X7 Comfort 2022, and I'm thinking of upgrading to a Fortuner Sigma 2018 model.
I researched about legender and facelift of sigma and it seems like it's not wise to spend 6-8 million more for some cosmic and minor feature changes.

So I have a few questions:

Is it a good decision to buy a Fortuner? Oshan is quite comfortable; I know a fortuner might not be very comfortable, but how much comfortable degradation are we talking about?
Toyota Japan is known for its reliability, but what about Toyota Pakistan? I will be purchasing a 2018 model in 2026; I will make sure to go for low mileage, like 40k-60k, and I will also do an inspection from PakWheels, but will the Fortuner be reliable? As I intend to keep it for at least 5 years.
I'm thinking to legender convert it. Tell me which parts I should go for. Genuine or China?

Any further advice you would like to give is most welcome.

like sitting on floor versus on sofa type of degradation.

ONLY if you would be off-roading otherwise very bad decision to go from oshan to fortuner.

Same can be said for Toyota Pakistan.

Totally depends on how long you wanna keep, would recommend original as you intend to keep it for 5 years. Do not cheap out on headlights.

Even if you intend to keep it at least for 20 years, it will be reliable as long as you maintain it.

If you intend to go offroad frequently then Fortuner as these cross overs a no match when it comes to offroad, if not stick to current car,
Fortuner is very reliable but not really comfortable as its based on Hilux platform.

if you want it for showshaaa then thats another story. 90% of people in Pakistan buy Fortuner as a status symbol anyways.
