I think snowfall would have already started on the trek and u may not be able to trek in soft fresh snow.
Besides temperatures will be extreme and u will need special winter equipment to survive if u really wanna attempt it.
K2 can be seen from:
- Burji La (Deosai)
- Iqbal Top
- Rush peak
- from peaks behind Khaplu
But all these location are above 15000 ft and snowfall has already started on 13-14K peaks right now.
You can go to Wakhan corridor to some distance but Karombar Lake will be snowbound.
Shounter pass road is not complete and again it is at 15000 ft so crossing from Neelum to Astore will involve fresh snow trekking.
Makra has already received snow but i think that was occasional stint and regular snowfall will start around Nov. So, if u get a good weather window then u can cross Makra otherwise u may face snowfall and fresh snow.
