Congratulations...Drive Safe!A very wise decision
For the Audio System; have a look at SONY's...the one @rizwan400 bh installed in his Altis. BTW this pre is not that bad; its got wiered interface/control...but will work like charm if you replace the OEM speakers!
@Rockerguy.................Accept kindly my heartiest felicitations bro, congrats on this beauty!
You finally made up your mind and also got your desired immobilizer, I guess, lolz!
Anyhow, have a happy and safe drive bro, let's hear more from you and your beautiful ride!
MASHALLAH gr8 car drive safely..
well yes waiting for next model is certainly worth it... i will get back to you with its consumption figures soon inshalah as by now my car has only driven some 150 kms.. and yes bro certainly its one hell of a difference once you shift to this car... i had Suzuki Swift 2010 which itself is really quite a neat car with really powerful ride... but again... the feeling in civic is something you just cant get in any other local car... As far as immobilizer is concerned, yes you're right... i tried the same while i was getting its key made to be used for keyless entry... and prior to getting that key coded from Honda Classic i tried starting car with that uncoded key and guess what... engine started and immediately stopped... and then it never started again when i finally used my original key and got back to my destination so yeah immobilizer certainly rocks Anyways... Thanks a lot bro
Thanks bro From OEM speakers, you mean the speakers in front doors or the rear ones? or all of them?
hahahaha.... yeah finally a car with immbilizer you always knew my greatest obsession with my new car.... dint you ? thanks anyway bro... my pleasure
MashaAllah Nice new car..
Is that a roll of toilet paper near the gear shifter? Lol, anyways nice ride and nice color.
Many Congratulations!!!! I am sure you will enjoy your choice......
This is my favorite color.....unfortunately I was forced to go for a different color (silver) this time by my family....since I had been keeping two cars of same color previously....but this will be again my first choice if and when I get to buy a new car.....
You will enjoy the consumption figure as well....I have been constantly getting between 11-12 Kmpl within City with AC and without AC (or on motorway)....it improves further to 12-13 kmpl....
I agree with your modification options.....I have done the same....but with a body-kit in addition.....do consider it.....it will look nice on this color.....
I will recommend you get a 2011 model....if you can manage it now....2012 may come with some downgrades (e.g. plastic interior is a big disappointment) that may prove to be a deal-breaker....in any case if you have got 2011 at that time....you will have the option either to upgrade or keep your 8th-gen.....but in case you decide to get an 8th-gen in 2012....you will not get a new one then...
Any way this is just my opinion....you may have different plans...
Mashallah Congrats. Drive safe
incase of Vtec kicked in yoooooo
Uhmm, hmmm! You gotta do my review over to prove this, hahahaha!
And yeah, I knew, that darn immobilizer would do the trick on you, hahahaha!
Yet, in any case, bro, NICE RIDE, enjoy!
Kindly share the Yoko bill?
MashAllah, looks beautiful! Congrats, bro!
In first go..replace front one...
Use the same size and dont ruine the door interior with too large speakers....I leave the brand/model suggestion to Audio Geeks
Lol... You may consider it as "NAZAR WATTU"
Thanks a lot bro for nice words and sharing your experience... I also was having the very same color in my previous car (swift) and yes Im also liking it in civic a lot Well that quite q good fuel economy you're getting mashalah... I haven't done my calculations with economy yet but I feel it's going somewhere from 9 to 10 in city with AC ON all the time... I'm sure it will improve inshalah as it's just a very new engine covering some 200 kms...For body kits, yes that's a great suggestion... I certainly would be trying this inshalah... Could you please share the expenses you had for body kit installations?
Congrats.You made the right decision
