Over heating and over consumption of radiator water mehran euroII 2017 model

Slam to all,
I have mehran car model 2017 euroII. I have purchased it almost one month ago. From very first day its radiator is consuming water irregularly, means after after almost 20 Km to 20km its radiator get empty but water in reservoir bottle is not consumed. I have changed its water body and got radiator cleaned but problem is there. Kindly suggest its solution and an experienced mechanic too in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.

Is the radiator cap in good shape? If the reservoir is full, it looks like the system isn't pressurized.

You'll need a pressure test of the system, pressurized to 0.9 bar (about 13 psi). Radiator and water body aren't the only source of leaks; only a pressure test can reveal it.

if you are using coolant then look for colored dried up stains around intake manifold or inlet and outlet pipes for the radiator

and if you are using simple water then look for salt deposits in the same areas

also the pressure test is very helpful
