Assalam, I have an Alto VXR. It became overheated when I got my car tuned and Radiator flushed. In 2 3 days, it lost water and was almost empty. I immediately turned it off and opened the cap and showered water on the radiator to cool it down. Filled it with water, I thought there would be a problem with radiator may be it be chocked. So, I went to Radiator guy and he opened the radiator it was in good condition not even chocked at all. Just a little rust but got it serviced and condenser cleaned as well. Guy said the radiator cap was faulty so I had it replaced with a new and good one. I asked him if the Gasket was okay? he said there are no leaks to Gasket.Since there is no oil or milky mixture in the Radiator. I just drive the car a little from my home to University which is only 12 to 13 km away. Water gets boiled and jumps out of the coolant bottle. Points to be noted here are my FAN is working fine and at optimum speed. There is no Gasket leak according to a mechanic and radiator guy. The fan is working fine but still, the car gets overheated within a little drive. I fill the coolant bottle to the level recommended by the bottle's scale. Please Help, is this an issue of Thermostat Valve or my Water Body/Water pump, not working? Or is some other issue related to it?
It didn't overheat before. And FAN is direct
