OverDrive Button of Vitz?

Salam Guys

i have query in my mind for last couple of days k yar when OD light is on means k OD off likha howa a raha ha hota hai tu is ka matlab OD off hai ya On hai aur jab ham button press kartay hain tu it lights off...

Simply i want to know k OD on kab hota hai and one thing whts the function of it mainly what i know is this k u can extent ur gear limit upto its maximum limit or it effects ur fuel average or not...Please guys help me out????

when OD is on (light off) it uses all the gears and changes up lower in the rev range, when OD is off (light on) it uses all gears except the top one and changes later in the rev range

thanx storm i m using OD for a last couple of days when i got vitz and its gives me really poor average on CNG what to do i fill out my cylinder for 200 and its sticks to 40km not more than that.... i ve tuned it lot of time but nothing works it always sucks

if i'm not mistaken the correct air/fuel ratio for CNG is the main reason most people get poor milage. have someone qualified take a look at it and set it correctly. also the plug gaps make a difference, i believe it's possible that your plugs are incorrectly gapped as well which is leading to these problems.

as i'm not very good with CNG i'd suggest you wait for someone with more knowledge in this field to answer.

tyres are WAY too big for the car. you shoudl have installed 195/50R15 as that is close to the original height. with these oversized tyres you are creatig too much drivetrain loss causing the engine to have to work harder to move the car forward.

so strom which plugs should i install in it....

use stock plugs, just get them gapped according to CNG specs. iridium etc are useless unless you have spark amplification or forced induction etc.

Overdrive On raknay se gear automatically higher gears ma shift hoga, e.g. gear 4 in vitz. Jis ki waja se fuel efficiency barthi ha.

Jab ka Overdrive off position ma gadi higher gear ma shift nhi hogai.
