Overheat while accelrating

I have 2008 mehran VX currently 93K mileage

Car temperature needle start going above from centre after 80Km/hr and comes down to slightly below within a minute when speed reduce to 60 or below.

• Radiator clean multiple times but in vain and filled
up with coolant
• Radiator cap changed
• No air bubles in radiator and no oil in it.
• Engine oil cap also clear
• No frequent coolant level drops except 10 to 20ml
week
• Fan is direct no Thermostat valve

Using this car from almost 11 years but start facing this issue from 2021.

Get your car’s valve checked there might be issues with them they are not their job.

But there is no jerk, missfire, or lag on acceleration.
Tapet clearance check during general tunning in past winters

Your engine is overheating due to missing thermostat valve, also check the waterpump lower metal intake pipe, if you used water for any amount of time in the engine, it will be plugged with rust.
