Overheating Suzuki every

I m using Suzuki every 660 join turbo van last 3 years, and for last 10 to 12 days I'm facing problem due to overheating problem, I twice clean up radiator through automatic radiator cleaning plant but all in vain. 2 days before I replace engine oil and engine tune up with throttle body, all I had done which I could but the problem is still there, after every 20-30 second drive check light appears and I have to switch off the car and I'm surprised to see that radiator and cap is cold and meter shows heating light, I'm really upset and don't know what I do, is there any person who guide me

Check thermostat valve and also change radiator cap

Is the water/coolant even circulating in the system?

park the car start the engine open the radiator cap and let engine idle. wait for fans to start

check the radiator collar for circulating coolant. if it is circulating cooling system is good if there is no coolant movement in radiator either the pump is corroded and causing low flow or the t/stat valve is malfucntioning ... replace oem new.

cvt transmission fluid level low can also trigger check engine lamp

when did you changed the CVT oil in transmission ? check for transmission oil level if odometer reading is over 55000 km change the transmission fluid measure the quantity drained. you may need ove 2.75- 3.0 liters of CVT fluid to top up the transmission after drain.

Thanks for your feedback, recently i change new radiator even i had change gear oil 20 days before and even also change water pump, now the current position is its heating with A/C when i on Air conditioner heat light start blinking and without A/C its generate heat but no check light, on it tester fan starts on 100 instead of 97 or 98 degree. So that means problem still not rectify,

Might be its your sensor for coolant do you have any codes?

I’ve owned a suzuki every 2005 model since 2007. It is the worst car possible. ( agar kisi se dushmani nikalni ho usay suzuki every le do) This is a car with a million problems.
And zero solution. Ive faced issues such as overheating, engine knocking, and god knows what else.( ab yad bhi nahi). I am unable to sell it q k koi khareedta nahi isay.
Try your luck and sell it, and never look back!!!

I am having exact same problem. I am exhausted because of it. Scanner doesnt show any code error meaning sensor is fine. Changed cap, valve , flush with pressurise simple tap water but issue isnt resolving at all. I seriously regret why did i even change rusted water with red coolant. Car was ok woth rusted water for last 4 year. Please someone help me. Even machanic ismt understanding whats the issue.

Have you checked the a/c condenser for clogging or leaks?

Secondly, there aren't any coolant leaks?

Yes I’ve checked condenser, radiator for leaks. Everything us perfect. Not sure about condenser clog but ive flushed whole engine cooling system with liquid moly radiator rust removal. After that i flushed like 10 times just to get out all rusty water from engine. Still i see rusty water in reservior tank. Is it about type of coolant i am using or what?
