Is there any land protection law for pakistanis' working overseas. So the land in pakistan is not taken by any government development authority or government kabza groups like Multan development authority or other cities else where.
My question pertains to Multan region.
How should I protect my father (overseas currently) land which has been taken by the MDA, legally?
You can see the "existing abadi" means someone powerful made MDA leave their land. While MDA took the land of all poor people or those who couldn't defend it.
We have taken the stay order in time luckily, otherwise they would have illegally named the land on their name.
Now another way to get our land protected is Overseas protection law.
What is the procedure? Does anybody know??
