Our police is so efficient. They have killed the owner of the Hyunndai Shehzore Truck used in FIA Blasts.
No Rule................

Never sell your car without getting it transferred in the name of buyer. If the buyer dont want to get the car in his name, then, have a look at his original NIC and get a clean copy of it with "Delivery Accepting" written in his own hand writing !

Check and compare the copy of ID card with original. Do have track of all new buyers info.
