Ownership transfer civic 2017

Salam.. i have purchased 2017 civic oriel. This was leased from bank. The owner got it transfered to his name in August 10 , 2022. He paid Capital value tax on it when he got it transfered to his name from bank name so his total cost of ownership transfer was around 30k. Now do I have to pay the CVT again? Please someone help me with current calculation of ownership transfer as I am non filer and I don't want to pay unnecessary tax that only goes to Corrupt's Bank accounts or luxuries of beaurocrates.

So should I go to excise office Defense lahore? Or should I find agent somewhere? My first car was suzuki alto zero meter booked from dealership so they had handled the registration and everything for me. So that is why I am novice about this and I really want to avoid the torture these government office people give to civilians in hope of asking extra money

visit excise office yourself and find out the procedure fees and time required for processing. you will get an idea of approximate cost.

walk out and check for an agent, by knowing actual govt charges you can bargain for the extra FEEs he will ask for quick processing.
