Does PKDM Altis 2005 Model have Cat Converter and Oxygen sensors as I saw in parts catalogue there is no hole for oxygen sensor but in international model it has a hole for oxygen sensor

No, catalytic converter came in corolla in the end of 2011.

Actually my car has same 1ZZFE engine which is offered internationally and most of the features are also offered in PKDM but phr bhee yakki laga gaey Indus Motors walay but its good to know that it has not Cat

He is asking for corolla altis 2005. Not Suzuki Alto 2005.

Few days ago my car exhaust pipe broken so I went to a Silencer wala and he said k "jaali choke hai is liyay pipe toot gaya" but I cant get what jaali he is talking about I confirmed from him whether he is calling Cat Converter a jaali but this time he had no clue what I was saying so I simply got the broken part of the pipe welded and returned. But till now I am figuring out that Jaali???

Maybe he is calling dholki or muffler a jali. Catalytic converter first appeared in Late 2012 PKDM Corolla.

Maybe only ALtis variant of this Corolla had Cat not in GLi or XLi or 2.OD

Brother i told you that corolla got catalytic converter first time in around October or November of 2012. Before this no Corolla had catalytic converter.
