Oxygen sensor issue 8th gen civic reborn

When car is driven for the first time the engine hesitates, skips, begins bucking or has power surges. After driving for 20-30 mins it settles down a bit and issue is less obvious. Disconnecting the top oxygen senor fixes the issue.

Can oxygen senor be cleaned or replacement is the only solution. In case of replacement is taiwan version fine or is it better to get genuine, also is kabli o2 sensor an option.

Use an obd2 tool to check live data.
You can test o2 as well.
Also Check the fuel pump, less fuel pressure can also cause this.
Removing o2 puts car in open loop.

Look for fuel trims and ignition duty cycle etc.
