Packages mall entry barrier fell on top of the car

My car got hit by the entry barrier at the packages mall. I was only half way through and the barrier fell on the roof making 6-8 dents as it kept bouncing and hitting while the car passed through.

Please guide how to deal with packages claiming the damages and what's the best way fixing these dents.

Honda point quoted Rs. 5500 for the repair but my concern is loss of resale now that this kind of repair is considered major accident.

To make that worse, it was my birthday that day.

i wouldnt suggest repair, let it be like that consider it genuine, and consider it the act of God, Allah talah probably saved you from some serious damage. About Packages mall do ask for a claim they are probably insured, Once you get the claim settled either keep it, either give it away.

If they don't agree for reasonable money then file a suit for damages against them.

was the car insured? If yes, all will be done for free as it doesnt need any part acquisition

That's so unfortunate. I feel your pain bro but as bad as it looks you just need a Kalam for these dents. Do not get them painted

Sorry about not updating this thread.

The entry checkpoints and the parking is out sourced to some third party company so they redirected me to them. Their guy called me and told me to bring the car to some random shop where they get their work done from. I Insisted I won't get it repaired from anywhere other than Honda and he was like, app yakeen karain acha kam ho ga, best quality and all that. I decided to leave it as it is because most denters recommend not to get that repaired or it will seriously damage the resale of the car as it will be considered roof damaged car or something.

Guys at honda point buffed it with the machine for few seconds and it took care off all the marks. The dents are invisible unless you really look closely or car is parked under the sun or any other strong light. I have even forgotten about it.
