Pajero 3.2 DiD gen3

Assalaamwalehkum, I'm currently in the market for a pajero and hopefully going to view a gen3 3.2 did in the coming week or so Insha'allah.
Is there anything I need to look out for mechanically or any special service requirements for the 3.2 as the last thing I want to do is purchase a lemon or a vehicle constantly at the workshop. The current owner says the pajero is in top condition mechanicaly with a recent change of a diesel pump, he has owned the car for the last 8 years and is adament the car runs perfect with no strange noises.
Any pointer's/advice or what to look out for will be greatly appreciated.

Get it inspected from pakwheels inspection service and share the report here

Pakwheels is incapable of inspecting a mitsubishi diesel engine, consult some expert diesel mechanic of your city.

crooks are working under pakwheels inspection banner. plenty of complaints are visible over this forum.

if you are in RWP/ISB get the vehicle inspected by @dani_kk or @rajaatta

In my opinion, the best they can do is measure the film of paint and some suspension components....which should be the least of worries when it comes to a Pajero
