Pajero 3 door needed 1st generation

Aoa,

I'm looking for a 1st gen 3 door Mitsubishi pajero.

Budget is under 4 lac, overall condition should be good. I'm not looking for one in pristine condition considering my budget. It should have 4x4, ac, overall body should be rust free, engine suspension as trouble free as possible keeping in mind the budget. Would love a petrol engine.

My location is Lahore, however willing to go and check in other cities too if the vehicle is within budget and fulfills requirements. Documents should be original, dont mind if tokens arent up-to-date. Also, will highly consider vehicles that are in bas shape and need to be built.

If anyone has any leads or any vehicle in sight, please let me know. Would really appreciate any help. All help will be reciprocated in lots of prayers.

anyone had experience with a 3sfe swap in the first gen. Kindly share your experience about the mileage, power, torque, speed, parts etc.

3sfe in comparison with the original 2.4 diesel.

Usage will be everyday within city and one two trips in a year. no hardcore offroading, will use it as a tourer at max

any idea of the performance and other details for the 3s? i have two options at the moment, one is an original 2.4 diesel and the other is a 3sfe. i personally want a petrol engine, since my usage wont have any hardcore off-roading, mostly for trips and within city everyday use which is why overall speed should be decent enough.

Original 4D56 is better then 3sfe, if you want to go for petrol then 3sge, it has good pick and fuel consumption.

acknowledged. the one i have in sight has the 3sfe swapped already. not to inclined towards the 3sfe myself, -ge is way better in terms of power and other aspects as well. what milage and speed should expected out of the 4D56, keeping in mind its the intercooled turbo version...

Can someone from the twin cities guide me if theres any good market with potential 4x4's, especially the 1st gen Pajero. Have tried my luck in lahore in different markets over the last two weeks but hasn't been of any good. Found a couple of jeros, some with the chasis number temepered and others asking insane amounts of money for abused cars. I know with thw budget i have, i won't be able to get the best deal but the ones i came across were a bit over the top price wise. Been to faisalabad and checked out a couple of jeros there, 3 door with the chasis number forcefully erased to which the owner said 'sir ae bus zung lag geya ae' and a 5 door with God knows what chasis under a jero body...
