It was a lot quicker than that.... it has the jr. 1100 cc engine with mini differentials... so it pulls very good.. i'll try to make a video one day yaan try to check the time from 100 to 140... i basically put my foot down in 5th... also did redline in 4th and then into 5th all the way to redline....

Mine I think is a 95 model. Don't be confused on why i say "i THINK", its because it is a jap import and arrived in 2002, thus the reg. model is 2002. It has no airbag but power windows and steering. anyways, it only emits black smoke when you rev it at around 4000rpm and above. the exhaust smells pretty bad, it smells like there a lot of unburned fuel. I think the engine is running very rich in fuel and low on gas. Is there a way that I can adjust the air/fuel ratio? or should I replace the oxygen sensor? how can we tell if its working or not.?

Man you must get your jeep to some good mechanic, my jeep give me 7Km/L on AC , but good engine should give 10km/L on AC.

I am currently tuning my car by changing different settings, next thing i am going to service my fuel pump and carbraidor

what setting do you mean I dont think a mini has a carburetor, it's efi.

Guyz i have a mehran and i am thinking of getting a mini pajero after selling mehran

Just want to ask you that
Is a good daily driver?
Is it a good offroader?
Is it good on CNG?? as i am a student so i cant run it on petrol
and last question is that will it serve me for a good 3-4 yrs????

Man you need to drive it ... if you are talking about drive then yes comparatively good as compared to mehran, alto or curoe.

Is it a good offroader?

What do you mean by good offroader, you can do limited offroading, after all its 660CC

Is it good on CNG?? as i am a student so i cant run it on petrol

People use CNG but I run on petrol, man 660 then CNG, car will have more issues in future like clutch plates and all, pickup is not that good on cng, but on petrol you get some real thing on hands

and last question is that will it serve me for a good 3-4 yrs????

Depends on condition and how you maintain, parts are compartively expensive as compared to others, but have long life,

i have always wanted one mini pajero in my fleet.

its just that people have given it a bad repo

heres what i heard

bad feul economy
scarce spare parts
bad resale
slow response

i dont care about the resale how ever the responsive drive is something i experiance my self.

i think its good value for money keeping in mind

4x4 capability
high end quality parts like rims , seats dashboard cd system, powerd windows etc

as long as spares and technicions are available i will go for it.

Excelent pick and consumption compare to 660 cc enjine...

yap its an efi. i owned a mini a year back and it was giving me 10km/litre if you keep the speed to 80-90km/hr or below. on motorways it would come down to 7-8. if you have an auto tranny then would suggest looking for a manual tranny of a mini otherwise you would need to change the diffs and put in a manual gearbox of a Junior. However, the mileage would not improve above 10km/ltr.

my pajero is 660 cc with out TURBO. and after i **** in D it do only 2 shifts and maximum goes to 85 ;-( ......help me please
