i have missed his number, well i think injector wont give differ if wud be same ... i get it checked may be its not blocked ... if u want speed get the engine and differential changed

i have consulted various mechanics .. and they are referring to change the gear box so would b going for it from Bilal Gunj. And yes it was not on 4X4 , i have checked that myself and from mechanics as well. As per 3 different mechanics, gear box is not working properly and changing gears timely. I hope so i get the gear box in appox Rs. 5ooo as i have read in various forums.
Any of your valuable comments in this regard>>>???/????

My mini is right now with the mechanic for conversion to 1100cc with Auto transmission ..... originaly it was 660cc non turbo auto before .....

Please tell me if I need to change differentials? Alizzzz bhai has mentioned in his post that they need to be changed BUT do I need to change differentials if it is converted to 1100CC auto?

Got it convereted sucessfully today .... had some issues with the auto transmission computer as 660cc was not working on 1100cc auto transmission although both have 3 gear forward. Had to disconned 4x4 to sort the shifting issues. The only thing it that it shifts to 2nd at 10 and 3rd gear at 25 kmph speed. Also if I am pushing the gas the it almost skips 2nd and goes to 3rd gear directly at around 20kmph. Differenials are same and the top speed is around 90kmph with rpm at 5.5. Any suggesstions are welcome.

By the way the cost was

New engine including gear box etc = 30k plus I had to give mine in exchange

Auto transmission circuit (computer ) = 2500 plus i give mine (660cc) too

Mistri = 2700

Electrician = 1500

Total = 37500 (Prices valid at shoba bazar Peshawar only :))

Also changes some other things like rear wiper for 300 and front wiper rubber for 100, engine foundation for 450, plus some minor fixes to the suspension i.e. bushes etc 600, brake pads 1100.

Serviced and tunned today and brushed up CNG settings .... Can anyone suggest how to delay the gear shifting and improve top speed which is around 90kmph now

Mine wasnt shifting gears too when I replaced the engine to 1100cc with gear box .... so they replaced the auto transmission circuit (computer they said) which is located behind the plastic cover on the passenger side...... They changed it to 1100cc computer and still it wasnt working ... then they called electrician. He was working all day long and fixed it in about 6 hours, I dont know how but seems like he connect the circuit directly to the wires and sensors on the gear box which made shifting work then he connect it using its own wiring and it worked. Also you have to make sure that it is not in 4x4 both on the front cansole and inspect the coupling visually to make sure as it will not shift in 4x4.

heard for the first time that it having shifting issue after converstion .. well u have to change differentials to make it speedy as 660cc is short shift and 1100cc is long shift .... do update on prices of stuffs over there such as

660cc
coils
turbo
fog lamps

1100cc
coils
head only
head cover
differentials both ( front and rear )

Yea the power is awesome now .... actually he showed me three 1100cc engine two were kabli (not used in pakistan)and he was asking like 40 and 35 alongthwith my 660cc, third was used in pakistan for which he was asking 20k (full engine plus gear box). I bargained on 40k one.
For coils he said they cost around 4k.

I got fog lamps (original Jap) a month ago as one was slightly damaged on mine and it was 1600 for set.

Rear light with all bulbs will cost 1000 as I got one.

Front indicator (on bumper) for 400

and yea ... replaced front right fender in same color (british green) for 2000 only.

I will check for differentials in a few days as I spent too much for now, and thinking about upgrading my reborn to someting different so I may need money for that:)

Ali Bhai ....as it still runs on high rpm while i have power my tyre size is 195,R15 now ..... Will you suggest if I change the tyre size to 215 or 225 to improve speed? What tyre size you are using on ur white mini

well bro big tyres means less milage but it will increase ur handling ... dont change ur rim size stick to it otherwise it gona effect ur suspensions ... currently im using 225/70/R15

@ali, I don't think changing to larger tires means less milage if it is 1100cc engine, it is powerful enough pull it. with 1100cc I often start from 2nd gear, with bigger tyers we will start from 1st gear. Currently Mini reaches 80/km on around 5RMP then it will reach 80/KM on 4RPM?

Also bigger tires means better road clearance, which is good for me because I often visit Offraod(Kashmir).

I am also thinking about changing tires from 195 to 215. As you know Junior with 1100cc has comparativly bigger tyres(205/70R15 95q).

Can you please suggest where to get bigger tires(tubeless) in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
