Ali bhai i had another question too... my mini has 1100cc with automatic transmission,it has only 3 gears... i have heard that new mini has 4 gears in auto transmission... due you think its possible to replace this gear boxy and install gear box of new mini with 4 gears..would that work fine with 1100cc engine.. actually with 3 gears on a highway its constantly on high rpm and speed is not as good as its supposed to be....if anyone has tried kindly share your experience....

The third one is cat convertor sensor light .. front passenger door ke nechay se dekhogay u will see a filter on the exhaust pipe us mein eek wire ja rahey hoge aue uske tip filter mein ja rahe hoge usko nikal ke clean kar ke wapis lagao aur sahi tarah lagwana otherwise the light wont go ....

U didnt change the gear box with 1100cc gear box bcuz 1100cc gear box is lsd gear box and u also have to change the gear computer also ... Hope it works

i did change computer...and gearbox but that gearbox also has 3 gears ...as junior gearbox is also 3 gear forward...and i am getting 100 on cng and 120 on petrol... what i am actually thinking if there is 4th gear then its rpm will be lower right now i get 100 on 5.5 rpm.i hope you are getting my point?

no i didn't change that .. do i need to ? and if yes where can i find that?actually i got this ride 2 months back and now i am installing things in it so it can rock..

Well it wont make as such differ its the same except te speed meter i have checked through gps tht there was differ in speed than wht its showing in speed meter i.e. if u driving at 60 the speed meter is on 40 ... U frm which city ?

i am from abbottabad ... but the speed meter is fine i have checked that with other car... car was going on 60 and my mini was showing 60... i had that doubt in my mind but i checked that many times at different speeds.... the speed meter is fine... all i want to know if installing new mini's gearbox which has 4 gears would be fine or not? what does you expert vision say about this?

ali bhai i wanted to ask you one other thing what plugs are you using i have read the whole thread and i saw you mentioned spark plugs bosch germany cost around 1300rs 4 plugs. do they have any specific number name or just spark plugs bosch germany because i checked on their site there are so many different versions of plugs and also are you using these plugs in your 1100cc engine?because when you mentioned that time you had 660cc if i am not mistaken?

Yeah i was using bosch in 660cc and now on 1100cc also .. well u have to take ur old spark plug along as mini pajero spark plugs r little smaller in size comparing to other car plugs ... I check if i have any box of it so tht i mention u the exact model number of it

ali bhai what tyres are you using after alteration?
Is there any light in dash meter that which tells us when 4*4 is on.because i change the gear but couldn't see any sing in meter.

Im using dunlop at3 225/60/r15 currently they r good but very soft not recommended for off roading as whenever i have gone i get 2 3 punctures .... Yeah there is green light indicator which show its on 4x4 or on not ...

Use 10-40 or 20-30 .. im using castrol magnatec 10-40w .. and always use orignal oil filter which cost 800-900rs
