@shahab91..brother i have recently changed my gear from auto to manual from the mechanic ishaq at jamshed road recommended by you... the total expense was rs 30,000 including labor and gear...my mini is 2004 with 1100cc

im very much satisfied with its performance but i dont know why my mini is still giving very less mileage just 6km/l with very light foot...and on cng 9.5/kg...i have calculated it again and again

help me out as other members claims 10-11km/l in city

@ chusman84...dear plz elaborate about engine computer...i mean to say that what should i do to rectify engine computer...i have disconnected battery terminals many times but no difference...and i think it have 660cc computer because my engine is without delco, as jr engine comes with delco.

@danger_154 ... is your mini original junior 1100 cc ? or it was changed 600 cc to 1100 cc and maybe it was turbo before .

fuel problem same with me , i am tired to solve this matter but i am fail .......Need to more experiment on this . i think fuel injector and engine computer card is still 600 cc turbo same as my mini .
so i keep my eyes from fuel & mileage ................ enjoy driving

sifter and other things and labor charges ....

Its better to just change your vehicle mini to junior 1100cc auto or menual .

yes it was 660cc turbo but i swapped with 1100 engine...and i think card is still of 660

plz tell me yur gear ratio with RPM+speed as im thinking to put 1100cc differentias

on 3.50kRpm + 100 . keep in mind when you change both defrancials there is difrence in speed like showing 60km but your speed 80 km , 20 km less from your actual speed.( 2 ) also your picup will be low after change both difrencials .you can try my ride before change if you want.

i have a very strange problem with my mini pajero 2004 manual with 1100cc junior engine...

problem started when i was on khi-hyd highway all of sudden rpm dropped to 0 and engine shut down but again started in no time..

next day jeep started fine but after 10 mins again same thing happened and refused to start...

now the problem is that jeep starts fine when its cold and shuts after 2-3 minutes and refuses to start untill it gets cold...

check crank sensor if it has one and MAF, better to connect to a scan tool and see if there are any hidden codes.
