Hi Guys, I have 2500 intercooler with AT. can I put 2800 head assembly of same transmission. The idea is to convert 2500 to 2800 with minimum cost.

Simplest answer to your question is "not possible".
2500 is better than the 2.8, why would you want to convert it?
