Its all cosmetic if i am not wrong, I think, sunroof was one of the major differences, will need to check up on the rest

Yes it is all cosmetic. Sunroof was present in both variants. Exceed had climate control, leather seats etc

Climate control is an air conditioning function, it helps it work just like the temperature control on a split air-con.Hard shocks give better handling but decrease comfort. Soft shocks are comfortable but a bit lower handling.
