When you turn the ignition switch to on, do all the lights light up? Because if they don't, a bulb might be fused

No. The same lights are not lighting up. Thank you for this help. Is it easy to replace the fused bulbs and are they readily available from local market? I am in Lahore

It is easy but the meter has to be calibrated before reinstalling

I don't know what is calibration of meter. Can you suggest a good resource in lahore for this?

Also, I am attaching a picture.

There are 2 screens. Lower one is standard lcd and is in working condition. The top one is not working. Is the top screen for altimeter etc information and from where I can get a new one?

Osama car care garden Town. The upper one is standard with the stock entertainment system, it will work when you have the original radio and CD player installed, it gets its readings from that

Hey guys,

I finally bought a clean generation 1 pajero with a 6g72 engine. The tires on it are 275/70r16. The drive feel very hard. What's the best tire to be used in it? I'm getting a good for a 215/55r16 tires, will it soften the steering and make the acceleration better?

I own a third generation Pajero 2001 model DID 3200. It is stuck in Gear 2 and I am unable to find any reason. Please guide.

Open the shields underneath, there is a controller on top of the gearbox, check its grip and its condition

Grip of controller is okay. Still problem persists.

Then the controller is probably faulty. Is yours a triptonic? If so, is the manual mode working? If not, replace the controller. And if your obd2 port is working, first scan the vehicle to get the exact error

Based on your guidance, Gearbox was checked and a grip was found detached. It is fixed today.

I need one more advice for Pajero 2001 Head Unit .

The Mitsubishi Head Unit is not working (Top one in picture below).

I have a regular LCD (thid party) installed for back camera etc (bottom one in picture below)

I want to replace current Mitsubishi Head Unit with another Mitsubishi Head Unit that I have seen in sone reviews (as attached in picture below) for Time,Date,Temperature etc.

Please guide will this new unit be able to work and from where I can get this unit in Lahore?

The ac controls in your car have been moved. The place where they are fit, is where the 6 disc changer comes, the place where the third party screen is, is where the ac controls along with the original radio go. Once the original radio is installed, the original screen above will work and display different functions.

The picture that you have shared is of a basic pajero, you can see the cassette player in the bottom, the thing above appears to be a simple clock
