PAK SUZUKI Manipulates with Original Parts

1. SCMRWP (Suzuki Central Motors Rawalpindi) has betrayed your trust ie.:by releasing the damaged parts which is the property of the insurance company, without authorisation of Owner (residing in Karachi) & Insurance company (TPL Insurance).

2. Once a vehicle is repaired and inspected by the insurance company no one has the authority to access the “Vehicle Suzuki Vitara”, Change parts, make any further changes without the Owner’s authorisation. They replaced our New Parts with Old Parts.

3. Car Owner applied for a warranty claim, which was declined by PAK SUZUKI Motors Company Limited’s RO Rawalpindi. Final Email of rejection of warranty claim was on 13th of October 2020. (Mail by Mr. Aamir Shahzad Head – Customer RelationsAfter Sales Division) as per email: “As of now, the vehicle has already been repaired by Suzuki Central Motors, Rawalpindi, against insurance claim and the vehicle is ready for delivery.”

4. I am the owner of a vehicle that flew to ISLOO to collect my “Vehicle”. ? If the customer did not pay the unexpected visit to Suzuki Central Motors Rawalpindi on the 14-10-2020 this would never ever be known to the customer or customers that dealership and principal can go to any extent to cover, prove, safeguard their own wrong decision making this is one such case with IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE PAKISTANI SUZUKI CUSTOMERS AND THE GLOBAL SUZUKI CUSTOMERS. In the face of this EVIDENCE, customers in Pakistan and around the World cannot remain INDIFFERENT or SILENT.

5. Breach of Customer Trust at this level with top management (M1) involved Pak Suzuki (where the expat Japanese Management Executives) knew what’s going on (every communication has their names with Email Id’s), Pakistani Management is disastrous to any customers peace of mind can Pak Suzuki and their dealerships be TRUSTED ? Insurance Companies damaged part policies must be looked into through a special independent AUDIT control, Damaged parts must never be released without written authority that should be verifiable WAKE UP PAKISTAN 🇵🇰 this is no made up fiction story this is for REAL think about your families children elders who put their Trust without any doubt into the dealership and principal TODAY Pakistan finally has real time proof HARD EVIDENCE!

I agree PS is POS but your claims are lacking evidence. Good on you for naming and shaming the crooks involved but be very careful without evidence this can turn around as slander and defamation case, Video should show the said parts (replaced) with used ones. Maybe they are cutting more corners than they should but thats a very dealership specific thing and not the SOP by the company. I hope they make this right all in good faith.

in video he agreed that he changed part. first of all when car made under insurance claim and inspection also done buy insurance for those parts. Then why they replaced those parts??? Suzuki Central Motors & Pak Suzuki involved in this

These people get away with a LOT, this is why i said goodbye to PS in 2019 and have an independent mechanic on speed dial i get all services done in my own garage. Btw you should consider filing a proper case in consumer court they are VERY quick to respond.

PakSuzuki are thugs. It is a known fact for ages. The kind of cars they are providing speaks volume of their practices. Most of their clientele is a segment of society which does not know how to stand up for their rights and hence, they've built up their confidences to rob people, selling poorly built cars.

Kudos to you for standing up for your rights. As suggested earlier, file a proper case in consumer court against the said dealership. This will bring them down to their knees.

Last but not least, sell the car and get something reliable from reputed brands if you can. This would save you a lot of hassle.

Suzuki's Top management is sleeping. They give a shit about anything because we are so unlucky that we have no other choice available in our country to directly compete with them and its selling like hot cakes. This post should reach authorities as a wake up call and they should do something about these looters who are playing with the lives of their consumers by selling cheaply build vehicles with poor quality materials. I request everyone to support this post and share it to maximum number of persons in their social groups.
