Pak suzuki wagon r: A rip off or worth the money?

In my opinion it's a big rip off by Pak Suzuki considering poor features and a heft price tag , if anyone has any doubts , they can check features of Wagon R being sold in India and it's price and then compare it to the one being sold here. Indian Suzuki ppl are offering much more features in much less price. If only our ministers stop taking kick backs from the pakistan automobile manufacturers cartel only then we will see the prices come down and new enterants coming to pakistan.

quantity matters.. Population of India is Around 1.237 billion..while the population of Pakistan is Around 179.2 million
so , PakSuzuki unable to sold more wagon r as compare to Maruti Suzuki..
suppose , Cost of assembly line of wagon R in Pakistan is 1 cror.. PakSuzuki Want to recover it in 1000 units..

I would recommend comparing brand new car prices to brand new car prices else where and not brand new car price to used car price else where

In my opinion, the VXR trim is worth the money. Although an addition of Power windows would've made it better. It's a much better option then Cultus. It's like Suzuki's trying to destroy it's own car's market. Although, I believe, that wagon R will meet the same fate as Liana. It's shape is not attractive, parts won't be cheap and it will definitely take time for our Ustads to understand this car's engine as it's the first in the K series launched in Pakistan. Suzuki must work on educating locals.

VXR is worth the money. It has an up to date shape, up to date engine and a much more comfortable interior then Cultus. Anyone would be willing to spend 15k over a cultus's invoice for an up to date car.

Compare karo.

You get a 1989 Suzuki Swift sold for a million fully loaded as your Cultus.

You get a 1986 Suzuki Alto sold for 6lakh+ as your Mehran

Atleast this car is based on something from this century.

The WagonR is not bad in my opinion. But the price should reduced a bit and quality of assembly needs to be improved. I am commenting only from photos and not seen it yet in real life. Either our photography is not up to the mark or the photos of Japanese WagonR's were taken by super professional photographers:P. But the fit and finish of Japanese WagonR's looks really good. As for price, The Japanese WagonR is 660cc and it costs around US$ 14,000 = PKR 1,386,000 (Suzuki Wagon R New 2014 Model in Japan). However I am sure the Japanese WagonR includes all sorts of airbags, auto tranny, climate control, rear wiper/washer etc). Our WagonR after purchase needs bigger alloys and tyres and a decent body kit. But at least this car is available as a choice for buyers instead of nothing!:S These are my views on the WagonR.

Paksuzuki is promoting wagon R:) cultus is outdated now it will be worth of money, there are also chances of discontinuation of cultus

My opinion is that it's a total rip off that was initiated by some high-level board executive who felt that Pakistan needs this, which it certainly does not. Hell, even a variant of the alto would have been better.

PakSuzuki should have considered bringing in some of their mid-level sedans to compensate for the gaping loss caused by the Liana, which will likely be the same case with this wagon-r scene.

Suzuki cannot capture sedan market in pakistan due to corollas and honda cities... and which model of pak suzuki is not a rip off ? Almost all are over priced low quality cars but need of pak market.
