Bhai log WR is way better than other cars in this range. The drive is awsome i am driving different cars of my friends and family i realized that wr drive is really very smooth, luxury .dont underestimate it. It is a practical choice

I switched WR VXL from Santro Exec 2007. I booked it from Suzuki Khalid Motors, Lahore on 06-Jan-16 and got delivery on 06-Feb-16. Being filer Invoice of it Rs. 1,034,000 (G.Gray). I paid extra Rs. 3,500 at dealership for Steering Cover, Top Cover, Mats and Mud Flaps and Rs. 29,000 for Insurance through Suzuki Insurance Facility provided by Adamjee. Paid Rs. 34,500 for Registration including Rs. 2,000 for my choice number and Rs. 1,000 to get Registration Book and Excise File on same day. Paid 5,000 for Poshish matched with Dashboard. Installed China made Pioneer speakers 450W in back door for Rs. 1,700 (including Rs. 200 installation charges) from Montgomery Road, Lahore. I exchanged its tyres with Bridgestone 175/70/13 with Alloy Rims for Rs. 22,000 from Johar Town, Lahore. The visual look of these tyres seem awesome as these were little bit (~ 1cm) outer from the Mud Flaps and due to this outer look, vehicle may more dusty while driving in rain. I also felt steering little bit hard therefore as recommended by the other form members I changed these tyres with Bridgestone ecopia 165/70/13 very next day. I felt much better with these tyres then 175/70/13. For far vehicle cost is Rs. 1,131,000 approximately.

Driving Experience:
I found this vehicle very comfortable as front visibility is very wider and clear, plus EPS steering. Breaks are very good just like Santro breaks even felt better then Honda City. I drove it max speed of 120km/h in night at Lahore Ring Road and felt that cabin voice is more when you exceed 100km/h.

ALHUMDULLIAH, I am very much satisfied with my decision to buy WR instead of Vitz, Cultus and JDM.

There is no comparison between Wagon-R and V2.
V2 is much superior than Wagon R with much better value for money.

Just compare the spec sheets and you'll know.
Paki Wagon R is an Indonesian obsolete model and Suzuki is determined to supply the obsolete models to us poor Pakistanis. Just compare Suzuki models in other countries against what the are giving us in Pakistan.

I have read all comments in faw v2 fan club and see many people complaining as worst decision they made..

If WR has a good quality, that person don't need spent more 150000 on it for its stability and comfort . There is built in alloy wheel and hankook wider tyre in v2. I think you don't read it. There is no one that is complaining about engin, ABS, EPS, suspension, exterior quality and any loaded feature. V2 is more comfortable then WR. If there are some issue in v2 you don't need spent 150000, issues can be resolve in just hundreds of rupees. You never instal ABS, Air bags, EBD , independent suspension and fully loaded feature, specially its shape in WR.......

I regularly read both V2 and this Wagon R thread, in fact have been a regular, and silent reader and observer, on both of these for quite some months now. I see brother you are confused between V2 & Wagon R. I was also very very confused between them. but after months of detailed reading (opinions of owners, problems faced etc) visiting and checking out both the vehicles, gauging the companies, doing their SWOT analysis, checking out their marketing and 3s services and staff expertise I finally decided to purchase Wagon R and have been a, satisfied, owner for last two and a half months. the V2 attracted because of its fully loaded package but the company (being new entrant in this category), their poor marketing, doubts about quality (as have experienced rapidly deteriorating quality of FAWs XPV) and most importantly its resale made me to go for Wagon R. although still some times i fancy V2 but i just couldn't put on stake my hard earned 1 million rupees. both V2 and WagonR are good cars in their own right, with their unique strengths & weaknesses. you should do a detailed comparison wrt your preferences and position. i would suggest listen to your mind more than your heart and be practical (no pun intended). most importantly pray to Allah for guiding you to make the right decision because 1 million is a lot of money for an average Pakistani. i did istikharas before finally opting for one. I pray and hope that Allah guide you to make the right decision and take you out of your confusion.

I am using Wagon R with stock tyres and have not faced any problems except for a little vibration in stearing and tyre noise above 110 KM/hour on motorway. although i found its seats a little unconfortable for long tirps (experienced it on my trip from ISB to LHE & Back) but may be its because of my height (6'2"). apart from these it is satisfactory in majority of aspects. Have not spent a lot on my stock wagon r, spent a little on suzuki's jumbo pack for wagonr (Rs. 2,500/- for pack & installation) (having seat covers, stearing cover, foot mats, mud flaps & car cover) glass tinting (Rs. 300/-) (winshield "patti", side windows "patti"and quarters) plus air presses (Rs. 1,500/-), fog lights (Rs. 7,000/-) and windows "jaali" (Rs. 300 for side jaalis and Rs. 300/- for back windshield jaali) and have received compliments on its looks.

Keep remember Wagon R is tootle different that is in india. that is completely loaded and auto transmission, better suspension, more comfortable, fuel economical, price economical . with optional ABS, Air Bags..... this is a reason for high sale

WR is in india from 2000, It has very good reputation in india, they kept updating its model comparing to pakistan cultus launch in 2000 and in 2016 same exactly same model we are using. Thankfully we get the latest version of WR here.

1. But you have other problems in your Waggy, don't you. e.g> Tires and Rims.

2. These are only two issues in the V2. Even khar khar sound is only reported by some.

3. Calling V2 a bad car because of these minor issues like you had flu and I said you have flu so you must also have cancer. Bad logic.

4. Wind noise solution has been found. Simple 1500 rs fix. Install door rubbers.

Yes, V2 has a few issues but they are very minor and fixable. In reality it's a very good deal compared to Wagon R. But yes there is a big risk factor. But it's every one's own preference. By all means buy Wagon R. But kindly don't unfairly criticize V2. Be objective. Also do try and take a test drive. The cabin is as spacious as a sedan and very comfortable. Plus awesome suspension.

these on can be fix with out any charges, just installing a foam and wind crossing also fixed just in 1500 cost, there is no one big prob..... but you have nothing more in this waggy

Bro, issues in engine, electronics, abs, eps etc never comeup in a new born car. They usually come up once car has spent some time in market and there is a general discussion about it between awam. Right now, there are almost zero people who know about V2 - if i start a conversation, they say ye FAW konsi company hai? Tou unko batana parta hai k bhai aik chinese giant hai jiska name FAW hai aur uski aik car hai Swift and Vitz jaisi jisko v2 kehte hain..and almost all say chinese? And they are not interested in knowing anything more. I was talking to a big car dealer in khi, and he just said 'bhai aap iss chinese V2 k bus fender per haath rkhen, interior k cheap plastic ko note kren, kon lega ye car wo bhi 11 lac me'....end of story..

This is all i am telling what i have heard from general perception about V2. If i am given an option to buy a cultus, v2, WR, i will definitely love a v2 the most but will never buy it as i want a secured investment of my over 1 million rupees

I actually wrote this post before seeing your's. But as I don't like some Waggy fan coming to V2 Owner's Review thread and start a fan war so I thought similarly Waggy people might not like us V2 fans coming here and filling the pages with comparisons.
