Cost 300 PKR
Used Meguaire wash&wax wid gun to spray snow.. and then wiped off wid 3M cloth.. and vacuumed the interior...

AOA all. my car is producing strange sound othe then engine sound when i drive it aisa lagta hay agay engine bay say hi aa rehi hay sound aisa hat jaisay ager electricity kam aa rehi ho to ups say atti hay just like tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii khood hi khatam ho jati hay but annoying sound hay i got it checked from pak suzuki sath mechanic ko bitha kay us ko awaz bhi sunai per unho nay sirf nut bolt kas dye aur kuch nai kia and sound still persist they said koi alarming sound nai hay so dont worry main nay belts per pani bhi dala per sound khatam nai hui buhat annoying sound hay can any one help ye sound kahan say aur q aa rehi hay. my car has done 2200 on odo.

That might be humming sound of fuel pump motor as I am also noticing it these days very regularly, but sometimes seems that tiiiii(very lower sound and need attention to hear) appears for a while and disappear and then appear on regular intervals.
this humming sound has been discussed earlier on this forum and results to be the fuel pump motor sound and nothing to worry about. but still if someone else experiencing this sound and have some knowledge about it can share it here for others.

the dilemma @ the moment is not issues but lack of knowledge on the part of suzuki mechanics,their is no organised system in place as far as i understood after having a disappointing tour of one of their 3s in islamabad,they sound and work like a layman,i wish they were thoroughly trained before launching any new product.as they are only having their hands on our rides ,this experimentation phase might make them an ustad of wagonr but for us its our hardearned fortune

One of my friend at islamabad had same sound issue with its wagon-R after only 600 KM drive.
after checking at suzuki islamabad motors at I-9.
First they change front Right wheel bearing but sound still there.
then they change left front bearing
Sound vanished.

Bro janay walay ko dia howa he at FaridKot... I was waiting fr new LEC series so their auctions started this week.. so will be getting number soon in a day or two and the total cost wud be arnd 32 to 34K.. I'll update price when I actually get my number

Friend WagonR doesnt have a cabin a/c air filter. So my suggestion is only circulate air when a/c is on and not air from outside. I am talking about that sliding switch which is under a/c panel which allows you to choose between air circulation within the cabin or get outside air.

I have another question for the experts out there

Does Wagon R VXL come with AC Filter or not? If yes, then how to open and clean it? If not, then can it be installed or not? What’s your recommendation?

more than 100% right .... suzuki even haven't updated diagnostic tool for WR yet

My car has no strange sound issue as yet but now started slight vibration particularly in gear stick and left front seat which isn't noticeable during driving or idle in rush however can be noticed while parking in garage or any silent area ... Don't know the reason I also explained the issue to my dealership mechanic during my car's 1st inspection but he also failed to dig out the problem instead tightened some screws and told everything's fine ... PS should arrange some special training workshop for its dealership mechanics regarding solving Wagon R issues otherwise it will suffer repute of newly launched car

After reading this thread I made my mind to buy WR VXL, I had a test drive and booked. Yesterday it was delivered. Its ride quality is way better than cultus. It can not be compared with any JDM, but the most important point is that you are at peace of mind as its brand new and under warranty. All other pros and cons have already been discussed . What I felt good is its smooth transmission, as I had swift , mehran and GLi brand new but WR's transmission is 10/10 as compared to all three I used. Thanks to all PW contributors of this thread who helped me decide.

check your battery terminals ... fuel pump sound is at the back near fuel filler cap... if possible check through diagnostic tool available with 3s. they will scan everything including wiring etc
